Pete Neidecker is our Executive VP, responsible for the expansion and management of the company’s operations, which have set the standard for quality in tight-tolerance medical products manufacturing. He has more than 30 years of experience building and leading teams in companies with significant manufacturing scale and complexity.
Before he and his wife, Susan, co-founded Mountainside Medical in 2006, Pete was the Vice President of Sales for MedSource Technologies, an international supplier of precision medical instruments for OEM companies. Pete oversaw and managed all revenue and cross-functional teams for the company’s Fortune 100 medical equipment accounts. He began his career at MedSource as Co-founder and General Manager, leading the company through a period of outstanding global growth. He also served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, responsible for the integration and success of all mergers-and-acquisitions.
Prior to that, Pete was the Owner and President of InstruMed OEM and its parent company, National Wire and Stamping, where he spent 16 years overseeing both companies’ expansion into new medical markets and their adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies. He also played a significant role in their merger with MedSource Technologies.
Pete earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, with a focus in International Marketing, from the University of Puget Sound. He also received an International Business Degree from Nijenrode University’s Netherlands School of Business in Breukelen, Holland.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Alliance and on the Steering Committee for Front Range Community College’s Workforce Development Program.
